Helicam International operates out of two bases. Marne-la-Vallée in France and Kent, UK. We operate remote-controlled helicopters and multi-rotor copters as aerial camera platforms for high definition video and photography.

The largest helicopter has a payload capacity of approximately 10kg and a flight autonomy of around 50 minutes before refueling. The 3-axis stabilised gimbal accepts cameras up to the dimensions of a Panasonic HVX200. Multi-rotor copters are also available for access to even more restricted spaces or for use nearer to property and people. The greatly reduced noise element of the MR is also a valid consideration for some locations plus the ability to fly safely indoors. The largest MR will carry a camera up to the size and weight of a Canon 5D mkII. All aircraft feature GPS and Altitude Positon Hold with semi-autonomous assisted flight. The MR's also incorporate waypoint flight using GPS coordinates, altitude and POI for pre-programmed three dimensional flight paths with the stabilised gimbal focusing the camera on a specific point in space. A dedicated support vehicle transports all equipment and crew quickly to any European destination.
